Definitions

  • Patron: Anyone who pays per month to support me through Patreon, SubscribeStar, or Flote

  • Purchase: any financial support toward my content. This includes tips, merchandise sales, subscriptions, patronage, memberships, etc.

  • Subscription: Anyone who pays to support me on one of my monetized channels (DailyMotion, Trovo)

  • You must be 18+ and of legal capacity to make a purchase

  • By making a purchase, you grant consent to the payment processor to handle your payment information and complete the transaction

  • While reasonable efforts will be made to thank the purchaser for their purchase, it shall not be considered a requirement to do so, whether at the time of the purchase or at a later time

  • Abuse of one of the purchasing systems (e.g. posting offensive content in a message attached to a tip) shall result in a ban

  • Making a purchase shall not exempt you from any of the rules on any of my platforms (e.g. sending a tip does not permit you to demand that I play a certain game on stream)

Except as otherwise noted or required by law

  • All purchases are final and are non-refundable. Fake purchases or scams will result in an instant permanent ban

  • All chargebacks shall be disputed

  • Purchases unrelated to goods are considered a gratuity for services rendered (entertainment)

  • Purchases are not tax-deductible

  • Profit from purchases shall be retained for general use (e.g. you can suggest that I buy something with a tip, but cannot "earmark" it for a particular purpose)
